Are your preparing for the ICC International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) Exam? Do you desire to brush up on your IPMC technical skills and become more familiar with the changes made to the 2003 edition ? Are you interested in adding another professional certification to your resume? If so, then join us as we welcome back the ICC for this very popular training session, which was last presented to M.A.H.O. in January of 2005. This one day training session will take you through the complete 2006 edition of the IPMC and provide you with details regarding the actual test (administered at a different date and location). Training conducted by an International Code Council (ICC) Representative.
Note: 2008 is the 10th anniversary of the first edition of the IPMC

1:00 p.m. Communications for Code Administration and Code Enforcement
If time is extremely valuable to you and your code enforcement personnel, and if nothing more frustrating than not having clear and concise documentation (on file) or clear and concise verbal interactions (in the field, on the telephone, or in the courtroom), then consider this half day training session for you and/or your personnel geared to improving the communication skills of code enforcement personnel. Training conducted by an International Code Council Representative.

M.A.H.O.’s What’s Happening News
Future M.A.H.O. Seminar registrations will now have an earlybird registration deadline. So, in order for M.A.H.O. members to save money and a spot at future seminars (and to assist your Board in preparing for seminars), a new earlybird deadline has been established for receiving registration forms and payments.
