Director of Property Maintenance

The City of Warren is accepting applications,
with resume, without regard to race or sex for the position of
Director of Property Maintenance. REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in
Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related
field. Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques used in
administering databases. 3-5 years experience in public administration.
Understanding of the legal processes involved with civil infractions.
PREFFERED: Rental licensing, code enforcement and court experience.
Ability to work with the public, using considerable ability to exercise tact
and use courtesy in establishing good relations. Ability to work with
elected officials, other department and division heads and community
leaders. Understanding of Citistat and/or other performance based management

experienced Police Chief to lead a 52 employee, $7.5 M budget Department in
service to a vibrant, growing community. Appointed by the City Manager; is
an active member of City’s top management team. Strong leadership,
management, communications, labor relations/collective bargaining and
interpersonal skills with degree(s) or equivalent experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, police / public administration,
public policy, business administration, or related field is required.
Master’s degree or similar advanced degree is preferred. Have 7-10 years of
significant and increasingly responsible law enforcement management
experience as a Chief, Deputy Chief, or member of the command staff of a law
