□  Principal  $30.00 (Persons actively engaged in by a municipality in enforcement of codes)

□  Associate  $30.00 (Private inspectors, Landlords, Builders, Rehab specialists, etc)

□  Municipal Institutional Memberships—for groups of 5 or more from the same municipality $150.00 for the first 5 members plus $5.00 for each additional person.  A separate membership application must be filled out for each person and all membership applications must be sent together to be eligible for this rate.

You must be a member to attend a MAHO activity.  Memberships expire at the end of each calendar year.
